This stunning large oblong plate/platter by Michael Andersen with a dark blue time-typical pattern was designed by Marianne Starck who was artistic leader at the Danish pottery Michael Andersen & Sons. Monogram – 3 Fish – no. 1/8909

This dish is Persia-glazed which is a technique in earthenware, where you see cracking with colours. A technique /glaze that Marianne Starck was very fond of working with.

Condition: In excellent vintage condition.

No chips or cracks.
