1967 Portmeirion Orange Greek Key Coffee Can – 8 available.

Beautiful shiny Orange glaze with Black keys, which was introduced in 1967.

This is an absolutely stunning colourway and looks fabulous on this coffee can which was designed in1967 by Susan Williams Ellis.

8.5cm tall x 6.5cm diameter.

Black saucers not available.

Milk jug available plus side and dinner plates.

The Greek Key design came about following a chance find in the Kirkham’s archives of a copper plate with the pattern on it..

1963 the original design was brought into production and adapted to silkscreen and used on a whole range of products from coffee sets to storage jars and rolling pins.

We are fortunate to have a large collection in this colourway stock in fabulous condition

All combinations became design classics and as such are very collectable.
