Part of a collection of Mid Century Modern British and European Studio glass we have in stock.

Hand blown in Sapphire glass, designed by Geoffrey Baxter, No. 9099. Illustrated in the 1957 catalogue, there are spirals of controlled bubbles emanating from the centre.

Width- @ 15cm diameter Height- @4cm

In fabulous condition with no chips or bruises,the base has a ground pontil and some minor age related scratches to base. (see photos)

A beautiful example, clean and bright, in a stunning colour which would make a great addition to a Mid Century glass collection.
