Made in Denmark by Michael Bang – son of the founder of  Kastrup – Holmegaard, (Jacob Bang) in the 1970s.

Fabulous organic shape very dark green, solid glass centrepiece, named Ikebana (Japanese art of flower arranging)

The glass is a deep moss green, almost black when looking from a distance. The dish is slightly tilted towards the “pond” , so the water would be safely contained in it.
The ‘”pond” is deep enough to accommodate an Ikebana flower frog for more sophisticated Ikebana designs.

11″ in diameter.

Flowing shape.

Very heavy.
