John Russell was one of the major designers for Midwinter,
in the late 1950s, early 1960s. He designed BLUE MINK, for Hostess Tableware,
in the 1960s. The coffee cup is 3" tall and 2 ¾" in diameter, the saucer
5 ¾" in diameter, and the plate just under 7".All are in perfect condition,and
